For Charities & Foundations

Your Ground Implementation Partner in Cox's Bazar

You raise the funds. We deliver the project in Bangladesh and send you the photographs, receipts and beneficiary lists your donors expect.

Social Care is a Cox's Bazar-based humanitarian organisation that acts as a ground implementation partner for Islamic charities worldwide. Your organisation raises the funds; our team delivers the project on the ground in Bangladesh and sends you the documentation your donors and trustees expect.

We are not a crowdfunding platform and we do not compete with you for your donors. We work behind the scenes so that your charity can deliver real work in Bangladesh without opening an office here.

Who we work with

Our partners are charity organisations, foundations and masjid trusts in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Canada — organisations that have raised money for Bangladesh and need a reliable team to implement it.

  • Charities running Ramadan, Zakat or Qurbani appeals for Bangladesh
  • Water-well and Sadaqah Jariyah charities looking for verified delivery
  • Foundations funding Rohingya refugee relief in Cox's Bazar
  • Organisations wanting a named local partner for grant applications

How a partnership works

1. Tell us what you want to deliver

Send us your programme — water wells, food packages, Qurbani, a masjid, orphan education, or a plan of your own. Social Care welcomes any plan a partner organisation wants to implement for the wellbeing of the ummah.

2. We send costings and a plan

You receive per-unit costs, the proposed location, timeline and the number of beneficiaries, so you know exactly what your funds will buy before anything is committed.

3. Start with a pilot project

Most partnerships begin small — a single tubewell, one food distribution, one masjid repair. A pilot lets you judge our delivery and our reporting before committing to a larger programme. From there partnerships typically grow into recurring seasonal campaigns and multi-project grants.

4. We implement on the ground

Our own team carries out the work in Cox's Bazar — inside the Rohingya refugee camps of Ukhiya and Teknaf, and across the marginalised host communities around them. No sub-contracting and no middlemen.

5. You receive the evidence

Every project is returned to you with dated photographs, video from the field, beneficiary lists and receipts for items purchased. Partner organisations use this material directly in their own donor reporting and social media.

Sending funds

Social Care holds a registered NGO bank account in Bangladesh and regularly receives international transfers from partner organisations in many countries. Full banking details, our registration documents and a signed partnership agreement are shared directly with partner organisations on request.

Why organisations choose a local partner

  • Cost. Delivering directly through a local team removes the overhead of running your own operation in Bangladesh.
  • Access. Working inside the Rohingya camps requires local presence, relationships and knowledge of how distributions are coordinated on the ground.
  • Speed. A project can begin within days of funds arriving rather than after months of setup.
  • Evidence. Your donors see photographs of the actual well, masjid or family their money paid for.
